What to Expect
Our services include biblical preaching, prayer, congregational worship, and weekly Holy Communion. Visitors are warmly welcome.
Children and Families
We value children as an important part of the life of the church and are committed to helping them grow in faith and confidence in Christ.
During our Sunday services, children are taught from the Bible in age-appropriate ways, with an emphasis on knowing God through His Word, learning to pray, and growing in Christian faith and character.
We aim to support parents in passing on the Gospel to the next generation, while also helping children remain connected to the wider life of the church family through worship and shared fellowship together.
As we pray each Sunday: “May their faith grow as they learn more about you from your Word.”
Homegroups
Homegroups are an important part of church life at Ascension. These smaller gatherings provide opportunities for Bible study, prayer, friendship, and pastoral support during the week.

Prayer
Prayer is central to the life of Ascension.
Alongside prayer in our Sunday services and homegroups, we encourage members to support one another through regular prayer and pastoral care.
We also host prayer initiatives and national prayer gatherings through networks connected with the wider church.
